Refund and Returns Policy

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In case of receiving dead plant please contact us, with proof, immediately within 24 hours of the delivery. The request will be verified by the Support Team and after successful verification if we find the plant is indeed received in a completely dead state, we will send a replacement of the same.

No replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is severely damaged by the customer intentionally or unintentionally during unboxing. No replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is removed from our pot.

Please understand, plants, without nourishment, can survive for a certain period of time. So it is impossible to get return of products like plants. By the time it reaches us, it will have died.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Our courier partners make multiple attempts to deliver orders and if not received by the consignee then they initiate the RTO(Return to Origin). In that case we are not responsible and no refund will be initiated.

The Orders delivered and accepted or undelivered and unaccepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact us immediately in 24hrs and let us know the details about the order id, products and other logistic details & we will get back to you ASAP.
